Tatliak's cottage

Ťatliak’s Chalet, commonly known as Ťatliačka (elevation 1,374 m), is located at the crossroads of several hiking trails, next to Ťatliak Lake. From the chalet, routes lead to Roháčske Plesá (Roháče Lakes), Rákoň, Ostrý Roháč, Plačlivé, and Volovec. It is an ideal starting point for hikes along the main ridge of the Western Tatras. The chalet is also a popular destination for mountain bikers who enjoy rugged terrain. The only way to reach the chalet is on foot. From Zverovka, where the bus stops, it takes approximately 1.5 hours of walking along a paved road.
