Orava Clay Nativity Scene

Orava Clay Nativity Scene – Permanent Exhibition in the Vilček Manor House A new permanent exhibition of the Orava Clay Nativity Scene has been installed in the Vilček Manor House. This unique work of art features over 500 handcrafted ceramic figurines. The Nativity scene combines biblical themes with depictions of traditional crafts and the daily life of the Orava people. It also includes miniature models of the most important sacral buildings in the Orava region. The creators of this extraordinary piece are brothers Ľubomír and Ján Hoľma.
